University professor published in The Business Review, Cambridge
Dr. Sut Sakchutchawan, associate professor of international business and director of the International Studies Program at Waynesburg University, was recently informed that his article, “In Search of Strategic Innovation in Global Logistics Competition: Operations, Measurement and Cases,” was published in Vol. 20, Number 2 of The Business Review, Cambridge.
The Business Review, Cambridge is an academic journal that publishes scientific research in the areas of accounting, business, economics, finance, information systems, innovation, management and marketing. It is a bi-annual, peer-review research journal subject to a double blind review process. Their mission is to provide a quality research publication venue for academic authors from academic institutions of all research-levels.
Sakchutchawan's article responds to the issue of improving managerial strategy and operational performance in business organizations. His article discusses the proper strategy, successful cases and relevant measurements to be used for a firm's competitive edge. The process of measurement, technological usage, management involvement and knowledge management result in a superior operation.
“The strategy, the measurement and the cases of this article are greatly valued in organizations in order to respond to the external pressure from competition,” said Sakchutchawan.
In addition to a post doctorate in management from the University of Toledo, Sakchutchawan holds a Ph.D. from Union Institute and University. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ramkhamhaeng State University, a Master of Arts degree from Thammasat State University and a Master of Business Administration from National University.
