b2ap3_thumbnail_bob-randolph.jpgTwo distinguished publications, The Hollins Critic and Consequence Magazine, recently accepted the literary works of Waynesburg University writer-in-residence Dr. Robert Randolph.

Randolph’s poem “All are Lamps” was published in The Hollins Critic, one of America’s leading literary journals. According to Randolph, inspiration for the poem stemmed from an experience in Thessaloniki, Greece, about 18 years ago.

Consequence Magazine, an internationally recognized literary magazine dedicated to revealing the culture and effects of war, will publish Randolph’s “When You Can’t Help the Children Dying from War” in its next issue.

He currently has several works awaiting approval from various publications, including three poems entered in independent journals, one poem entered in an international contest and one scholarly paper entered for consideration in an Amsterdam, Netherlands, conference.

Randolph has published poems and stories in approximately 40 national and international journals and nine essays in scholarly journals. In addition, he has delivered papers on five occasions, the most recent of which was in London in 2012.
