WU eRefund is the fast, secure and convenient way to get your financial aid and student refunds.
You can now enroll online to have your student and financial aid refunds directly deposited to your current bank account. That means your funds are available quickly instead of waiting up to 10 days to get your paper check in the mail.
You will receive an email notification when your eRefund has been processed with an estimated deposit date. No problems with lost checks, waiting for the mail or finding time to get to the bank.
Take a few minutes to sign up for WU eRefund, and have the peace of mind knowing that any school refunds will be deposited automatically. You do not have to be a PNC customer to use eRefund, and there is no charge to take advantage of this service.

Please remember, if you are issued a refund it has been based on your scheduled courses, charges and aid awarded as of the date it was processed. Since your Title IV aid is being disbursed upfront for the term, any changes made to your term schedule (add, drop, or withdrawal) could result in a balance due to the University from additional charges or reduction of financial aid funds.
By endorsing or depositing any refund, you acknowledge receipt of the refund and understand that you will be financially and legally responsible for any balance that may result from changes to your schedule, charges, or aid for the term.
