Due to construction in and around downtown Waynesburg Area access to the University may be limited at times. Please follow the directions below for a detailed bypass of affected roads.

From North

From Erie PA
Take I-79 South to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (approximately 3-1/2 hours)

From Pittsburgh
Take I-79 South to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (approximately 1 hour)

From Greater Pittsburgh International Airport
Take PA-60 South from the Airport, then merge onto PA-22 East. Then take the I-79 South exit towards Washington, take exit #14. (Approximately 1 hour)

To Waynesburg University from I-79, Exit 19 (NOT Rt 19 in Washington, PA -but Exit 19 off of Interstate 79 South-roughly 20 minutes south of Washington, PA)
Take exit 19 off Interstate 79. At the end of the ramp, make a left on to Rt 19 South. Go approximately 5 miles. You will come into town going down a hill. Turn left on to Berryhill Ave. (Before Presbyterian Church) Continue across Morris St. into Visitor Parking Lot. Once parked please continue to the front entrance of Miller Hall. The Admissions Offices are located in Rooms 101 and 108.

From South

Follow I-79 North to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (Approximately 3 hours from Charleston; 1/2 hour from Morgantown)

To Waynesburg University from I-79, Exit 14
I-79, take Exit 14, Waynesburg. Make a right onto Route 21 West at the end of the ramp. Follow Route 21 to the fourth traffic light. (Auto Zone is in front of you). make a right at the light. Follow this road into town. At the sixth traffic light (past Auto Zone) turn right on to Morris Street. Go four blocks. Miller Hall is the large red brick building to your right at the third block. Make a right into Visitor Parking Lot. Once parked please continue to the front entrance of Miller Hall. The Admissions Offices are located in Rooms 101 and 108.

From East

From Philadelphia Area
Take PA Turnpike West to New Stanton, PA, Exit 75. Pick up I-70 West at New Stanton. Take I-70 West to I-79 South to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (Approximately 6 hours)

From NY/NJ Area
Take I-287 South to I-78. Follow I-78 West to I-81 South all the way to the PA Turnpike in Carlisle, PA. Take PA Turnpike West to New Stanton, Exit 75. Take I-70 West to I-79 South to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (Approximately 7 hours)

From Washington, D.C.
Take I-270 to I-70 west at Frederick, MD. Follow I-70 West to I-68 at Hancock, MD. Follow I-68 West to Morgantown, WV where it intersects with I-79. Take I-79 North to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (Approximately 4 hours from Washington D.C. or Baltimore)

From Uniontown, PA
Route 21 West toward Waynesburg (Approximately 3/4 of a mile from I-79). There will be a traffic light at a "T" (Auto Zone is in front of you). make a right at the light. Follow this road to the sixth traffic light and after the Auto Zone light. Turn right on to Morris St. Go four blocks. Miller Hall is the large red brick building to your right at the third block. Make a right into the Visitor Parking Lot. Once parked please continue to the front entrance of Miller Hall. The Admissions Offices are located in Rooms 101 and 108.

To Waynesburg University from I-79, Exit 14

From West

From Central Ohio -- West Virginia Panhandle
Take I-70 east to Washington, PA. Take I-79 South to Waynesburg, Exit 14 (Approximately 3 hours from Columbus; 1 hour from Wheeling)

To Waynesburg University from I-79, Exit 14
I-79, take Exit 14, Waynesburg. Make a right onto Route 21 at the end of the ramp. Follow Route 21 to the fourth traffic light. (Auto Zone is in front of you). make a right at the light. Follow this road into town. At the sixth traffic light (past Auto Zone) turn right at Morris St. Go four blocks. Miller Hall is the large red brick building to your right at the third block. Make a right into the Visitor Parking Lot. Once parked please continue to the front entrance of Miller Hall. The Admissions Offices are located in Rooms 101 and 108.

To Southpointe

From Interstate 79
Travel to exit 48 (Southpointe/Hendersonville), turn (right if coming from I-79 South left if coming from I-79 North). And travel approx. 300 feet and turn right on to Corporate Drive, it is located in the Summit Corporate Center on the left (to the right is the Hilton Garden Inn).

To Monroeville

Coming from Pittsburgh, take the Parkway East (I-376)
Take the Parkway East (I-376). Take EXIT #10B (Business Route 22) Follow Business Route 22 to 3rd traffic light - passing Shop-n-Save on your left and Wendy's on the right. At the 3rd traffic light turn right onto Penn Center Blvd. Follow Penn Center Blvd. to the second building on the right, Building #3. We are located on the first floor (Suite 120).

Coming from the PA Turnpike or Points east of Monroeville, Take Business 22
Follow Business Route 22 west for 3 miles (past Monroeville Mall and Expo Mart) into Wilkins Township (12 stop lights). Turn LEFT onto Penn Center Blvd. Applesbee's will be on your LEFT. Follow Penn Center Blvd. to the second building on the right, Building #3. We are located on the first floor (Suite 120).

To North Hills

From I-79, take exit 78 (Cranberry/Mars). At the end of the ramp, head East onto Rt. 228. (This will be a right turn if coming from the South and a left turn if coming from the North). Follow Rt. 228 through 5 traffic lights. At the sixth traffic light (about 2.5 to 3 miles) you will see an Eckerd and a National City bank on your left. Make a left onto Seven Fields Blvd at this light. Waynesburg University is in the big silver corporate office building behind Eckerd. As you enter the parking lot, Waynesburg University is on the first floor at the far left side of the building (the side closest to Eckerd).
