Brian Carr

Biography

Brian Carr has been with Waynesburg University since 2007.  He obtained his Master’s Degree in school counseling from Kent State University.  What he enjoys most about his work is the opportunity to positively influence the lives of students by helping them to achieve academic and vocational goals.  His efforts to lead students to finding lives of purpose include: creating course schedules, advising Exploring students and students transitioning to new majors, managing the student mentoring program, and overseeing the school’s early alert system.  A Disney enthusiast and avid football and NASCAR fan, Mr. Carr resides in his hometown of Belle Vernon with his favorite team—his wife and son.
