MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT

Welcome to Waynesburg University! Here at Waynesburg, we strive to provide quality educational programs and instill Christian values in our students through a variety of experiences from the classroom to a number of extracurricular activities.

Our students are not only challenged to think more, but to respond more. Putting faith into action goes beyond just a saying here at Waynesburg. Our students learn to take their knowledge, compassion and energy and use them together for a greater purpose.

As a Christian institution offering over 70 academic concentrations, Waynesburg University inspires students to pursue lives of purpose through faith, learning and serving.

Our enrollment exceeds 2,500 with students representing all regions of the United States and several foreign countries. We emphasize life-long learning, and our undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs provide direction while emphasizing moral leadership values.

We offer a number of opportunities for students to study abroad or to participate in international or domestic mission service trips. Locally, our students provide service to over 50 agencies, offering much-needed work to serve the community. These examples are prime reasons why the Bonner Foundation recognizes us as one of the best service-learning schools in the country.

A dedicated faculty is central to the personalized educational experience we provide our students. Their commitment to nurture students with a sense of meaning and purpose provides a personalized approach that is dynamic to Waynesburg University.

We are deeply committed to economic development and through our Center for Research and Economic Development, we offer much assistance and support to the region while giving our students unmatchable learning experiences.
