More than one hundred and fifty-nine years have passed since Waynesburg University first opened its doors. From one of the first colleges to offer degrees to women…to one of only two Bonner Service schools in Pennsylvania…to a leader in green initiatives, Waynesburg stands out among other small liberal arts institutions for countless reasons.

The mission of the advancement office is to enhance our on-going tradition of faith, learning and serving. We wish to thank our alumni and friends for establishing the solid educational and Christian commitments that are Waynesburg University.

As a result of faithful and generous giving, Waynesburg is able to offer students a quality education for a competitive yearly tuition that is the second lowest for small private colleges and universities in Pennsylvania.
