VISITING TEAM ATHLETIC TRAINERS The Athletic Training Staff at Waynesburg University would like to welcome you and your team to our campus for the 2004-05 season. Out Staff wants your stay with us to go as smoothly and pleasantly as possible. During football games, we will provide the following:
• 2 ten gallon coolers with ice and water
• 30 gallons of extra bottled watter
• Ice, Ice bags and plastic wrap for sideline and locker room
• 400 cups
• Taping tables in locker room and on sideline • Treatment table on sideline
• Biohazard bags
• Trash cans for sideline
• Two-way radio Splints and emergency equipment will be available on the home sideline, if needed. Also, you should be aware that there is no availability of modalities at the football stadium. If your athletes need heat or electrical stimulation treatments prior to games, we suggest that you bring portable units. Our team orthopedic physician will be available if needed on the home sideline and the ambulance will be present for all games. During all other sports we will provide the following:
• Water and ice as needed
• Ice bags and plastic wrap
• Cups
• Biohazard bags The athletic training facility will be available for your team. You are welcome to use any of our modalities that you need. We have Electric stimulation, Ultrasound, ice and heat. If your team is not traveling with a certified athletic trainer we ask that you send treatment instructions with the athlete. All we ask is that you bring your own taping and wrapping supplies
