Campus Ministries

Couched in a small, intimate environment, you will find that people at Waynesburg University care for one another like family. It is a place where the spirit of a Christian community truly exists, yet is not forced on you.

Here are a few of the highlights of Waynesburg University’s community:

  • Voluntary weekly chapel services host speakers such as John Perkins, civil rights leader, James K. A. Smith, professor of philosophy, and Kelley Monroe Kullberg, co-founder of the Veritas Forum.
  • Bible studies within Residence Halls and across campus.
  • Contemporary, student-led weekly worship service coined Upper Room.
  • Christ and Culture Lecture series that takes place once a semester.
Students at Waynesburg come from a variety of Christ-centered denominational backgrounds representing traditions including Presbyterian, Methodist, Catholic, Lutheran, Wesleyan, Baptist, Nazarene, Christian Missionary Alliance, Assemblies of God, Church of God, as well as non-denominational congregations, and more.
