THE YELLOW JACKET

The Jacket is Waynesburg University’s award-winning weekly student newspaper. Consisting of four sections of Campus, Region, Sports and Feature news, the Jacket is dedicated to bring students, faculty and staff the latest issues and events that concern the university community.

The publication involves students from all areas of study, as it features paid advertisements from local business with ads sold by

Waynesburg students and employs student writers, editors and graphic designers. The Jacket allows students to write real stories with real deadlines and gives them the opportunity to improve their writing from week to week.
