Music at Waynesburg University

The Waynesburg University Music Program offers a major in Music Ministry and a minor in Music. Students experience study in theory and applied music, music pedagogy and music history and appreciation. You can tailor your course of study to vocal or instrumental music. 

Any Waynesburg student can participate in vocal or instrumental groups, including the Lamplighters concert choir, the Lamplighters touring choir, the University concert band and pep band. These groups have a varying performance schedule throughout the year.

You will also have the opportunity to join the national band honorary society, Kappa Kappa Psi and study in the University's beautiful fine arts center.
