STUDENT ACTIVITIES BOARD Student Activities Board This board of students meets weekly to plan, organize and implement many of the activities that occur on campus. With the advisement of the Associate Dean, the Board consists of a variety of committees and develops a many different types of programming both on campus and through participation in regional resources. Suggestions for additional programming or participation in the Board or its committes is always welcome. Annual lectures on the University campus include the Crosby Lecture series, the DeVito Lecture series, the Christ and Culture lecturers and the b.f. Maiz poetry reading. Other lectures and presentations are also organized within departments, but made available to the entire campus. Fine arts performances occur each semester through the talents of our own students involved in music, theater and the arts. Additional performers are scheduled each year to enhance the educational, aesthetic and social experiences of our students. |
