Participants

The Teaching with Primary Sources program at Waynesburg University provides professional development opportunities for educators in ten Western Pennsylvania school districts in Greene, Fayette, and Washington counties. Educators ranging from elementary school teachers to graduate level instructors and from within all content areas are eligible to participate, however preference will be given to full time K-12 teachers. Other school districts in these counties are included in the TPS program at California University of Pennsylvania.

Waynesburg University Projects
The Teaching with Primary Sources program supports pre-service teachers and educators enrolled in the graduate education programs at Waynesburg University in developing and implementing primary source based learning activities. In addition, collaborative projects are developed with other departments on campus and with student organizations as opportunities arise.
