Waynesburg University Music Program to hold audition days for high school students

The Waynesburg University Fine Arts Department will hold two audition days for admittance into the University’s Music Program and for music scholarships Saturday, Jan. 20, and Saturday, Feb. 10.

Each audition day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Marsh Center below Roberts Chapel on the campus of Waynesburg University.

In order to be eligible for a 2018 Music Scholarship, students must complete an application to Waynesburg University by Wednesday, Jan. 10. The application can be found online at www.waynesburg.edu/apply-now.

The music program audition application is available online at https://forms.waynesburg.edu/machform/view.php?id=940131.

Prospective students are eligible to audition for the Music Program throughout the year, but are not guaranteed scholarship consideration after the Scholarship Application due date.

Any high school student who wishes to enter Waynesburg University’s Music Program must apply to Waynesburg University as well as audition for admittance. This includes students wishing to major in music ministry or arts administration (music concentration) or earn a music minor.

Prospective students may also set up an audition on any Visitation Day hosted by the University’s Office of Admissions throughout the year.
