Registration Regulations

During the regular academic year, the minimum course load for a full-time student each semester is twelve semester hours. A normal student program may range from twelve to eighteen semester hours.

Students with a 3.00 cumulative grade point average, or those who can demonstrate a need to do so, may take more than 18 hours with permission of their advisor and the Registrar. Students who wish to enroll for more than 20 hours must obtain the permission of Academic Affairs. Consult the section of this catalog on college expenses concerning the fee for hours in excess of 18. Registration regulations are available in the Registrar's Office.
