Friday, October 2, 2026
- Morning and Afternoon | Alumni Golf at Greene County Country Club
Join your friends, teammates, and classmates for a round on the links at the beautiful Greene County Country Club. Call Don Chappel (’72) at 724-986-8797 to make your reservation for a tee time. Cost is $40 for 18 holes and cart rental (payable at course).
- 3 p.m. | Campus Tour
Meet outside the front entrance of Hanna Hall 10 minutes before the start of the tour if interested.
- 6 - 8:30 p.m. | All-Alumni Celebration and Combined Class Reunion at The Denny House in Waynesburg
Join us at The Denny House, located at 145 West High Street in Waynesburg, for an evening with President and Mrs. Lee, Alumni Office staff, and fellow Waynesburg alumni. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be provided, and a cash bar will be available at this open-house style event. At approximately 6:45 p.m., all reunion classes (grad years which end in 1 or 6, plus the Classes of 1975 and earlier) as well as the 1966 NAIA National Championship football team will be recognized in the Carriage House, and President Lee will deliver remarks, including the latest University update. Tours of the historic Victorian house, once owned by the family of Josephine Denny (1915), a past recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award, will also be available throughout the evening. Reservations are required!

- 8 - 10 a.m. | Coffee and Donuts at RGB Coffee in Waynesburg
Enjoy coffee and donuts with fellow alumni and Alumni Office staff during this open-house style event at RGB Coffee (30 North Washington Street in Waynesburg – located across from the Armory). Drip coffee and donuts will be provided, and RGB’s full menu will be available for purchase. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about our Coffeehouse Rewind recurring giving program. Reservations are requested.
- 8:30 a.m. | 30th Annual 5K Run/Walk sponsored by the Center for Service Leadership
Registration will take place in the Goodwin Performing Arts Center (behind Miller Hall) beginning at 7:30 a.m. on race day. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the top of Washington Street next to Roberts Chapel. All proceeds will benefit the Waynesburg University Mission Trip Fund. Please note: Online registration is only available until noon on Friday, October 2, after which time you will need to register in person on the morning of the event.

- 10 a.m. | Baseball Alumni Game
All alumni of the Baseball program are invited to play in an Alumni Game hosted by head coach, Michael Impellittiere. Alumni should email michael.impellittiere@waynesburg.edu to RSVP or with any questions. (GPS Address for the Baseball & Softball Complex: 4260 West Roy Furman Highway, Waynesburg, PA 15370; please note, the facility is approximately one-tenth of a mile past this address on the left-hand side of the road, traveling west. Parking is accessible through a small gravel driveway.)
- 10 - 11:30 a.m. | Stover Scholars Alumni Brunch in Eberly Library
All alumni of the Stover Scholars Program are invited to join fellow former Stover Scholars for a complimentary brunch, hosted by Dr. Larry Stratton, in the Stover Conference Room, Eberly Library room 218. - 10:30 a.m. - Noon | Education Alumni Reunion in Alumni Hall
All Education alumni are invited to join fellow former classmates for a reunion reception hosted by Dr. Kelley Solomon and Education faculty members in Alumni Hall (3rd Floor Miller Hall). Throughout the reception, Dr. Solomon and her fellow faculty members will showcase the Education classrooms and facilitate interactive activities. Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Reservations are required.
- 10:30 a.m. - Noon | All Sciences Alumni Reunion
All Biology, Environmental Science, Health Science, Chemistry, Forensic Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics alumni are invited to join fellow former classmates for a reunion hosted by Dr. Christopher Cink (Chair, Biology) and Dr. Evonne Baldauff (Chair, Chemistry) in Stewart Science Hall’s 4th floor lobby. Throughout the reception, faculty in the Department of Chemistry and Forensic Science will showcase equipment in Stewart Hall and the CRED, including GCMS, LCMS, 400MHz NMR, and microscopes for forensics applications. Faculty in the Department of Biology, Environmental Science & Health Science will be available to give tours of the labs and the Athletic Training clinic. Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Reservations are requested.
- 10:30 a.m. - Noon | Waynesburg Nursing: 40 years of Caring, Leadership, and Legacy
Celebrate 40 years of Waynesburg Nursing with us! This special reunion honors the legacy of a department that has not only endured and persevered but now thrives as a nationally recognized nursing program. The program continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing demands of the field, shaping generations of caring healthcare professionals in our communities and beyond. Join us as we recognize the lasting impact of its graduates, faculty, and clinical partners, while highlighting the cutting-edge tools shaping the emerging leaders of nursing. Featured highlights include the new state-of-the-art Immersion Room, where students engage in realistic, hands-on clinical environments that enhance critical thinking and patient care skills, and the Advanced AI-Powered Manikin, Alex, delivering immersive simulation experiences that bring complex medical scenarios to life with extraordinary precision. Complimentary refreshments will be provided. Reservations are requested.
- 10:45 a.m. | Preview of the Coach Carl DePasqua Locker Room at Wiley Stadium
Members of the 1966 NAIA National Championship football team, donors who purchased a locker and/or display board recognition, and others are invited to see the inside of the recently renovated home locker room at Wiley Stadium before players arrive. A bit later during pregame at 12:20 p.m., the space will be dedicated in Coach DePasqua’s honor in a ceremony just outside the locker room. (Check out more details about the dedication later in the schedule.)
- 10:45 a.m. - Noon | Class of 1976 50th Reunion Brunch at the President's House
Members of the Class of 1976 and their guests are invited to celebrate their 50th reunion with President and Mrs. Lee at the President’s House, located at 101 West College Street, directly west of Miller Hall. Reservations are required! (Please note: Members of the Class of 1976 who register for brunch will be able to pick up their special reunion name tag, complimentary football tickets, and gift at brunch at the President’s House and will NOT need to check in at the field first.)
- 11 a.m. until the conclusion of the football game | Wiley Family Field Fest
Join us at the back gate of Wiley Stadium beginning two hours before the football game for our Wiley Family Field Fest! The pavilion and tent area will be open to alumni and friends from 11 a.m. until the conclusion of the football game. Stop by for complimentary gifts, snacks, drinks, games, and more! You may pick up your complimentary football tickets and make a name tag at this location beginning at 11 a.m. Additionally, if you are celebrating a reunion year, meaning you graduated in a year ending in a 1 or a 6, you may pick up your special reunion ribbon at this location.
- 11:30 a.m. until the end of the first half of the Homecoming Game | Cheer Alumni Event
Join fellow Cheerleading alumni and current Jacket cheer squad members for a meet and greet at Wiley Stadium from 11:30 a.m. to noon, followed by a warm-up for performances during pregame and the first half of the game! Included in the $50 registration cost are a limited-edition alumni cheer quarter-zip jacket and bow to wear that day. All alumni are invited to stop by the Alumni tent to enjoy food and drinks during pregame and halftime. Videos of cheers will be sent out in advance to review. Participants have the option to pre-order/purchase an additional t-shirt if desired. All clothing items will be distributed during the meet and greet. Please complete this form by Monday, Sept. 14 to register!
12:20 p.m. | Dedication of the Coach Carl DePasqua Locker Room at Wiley Stadium
Join President Lee, Office of Institutional Advancement staff, members of the 1966 NAIA National Championship football team, and fellow alumni and friends for a dedication of the Coach Carl DePasqua Locker Room. The home locker room at Wiley Stadium will be named in honor of Coach DePasqua, who led that 1966 team to the title and left an enduring legacy on his players, the game, and the community. This tribute was made possible by the generosity of one of Coach’s former players, Dan Dvorchak (’68). The ceremony will be held just outside the locker room, which is located in the Frank Wolf Fieldhouse (end zone opposite where the Wiley Family Field Fest will be held).
- 1 p.m. | Homecoming Football Game vs. Saint Vincent College at Wiley Stadium
Your Yellow Jackets take on the Bearcats at John F. Wiley Stadium!
- Halftime of the Homecoming Football Game | Chick-fil-A Sandwiches at the Alumni Tent (stadium back gate)
All alumni are invited to join us under the Alumni tent, located at the back gate of the stadium, for complimentary Chick-fil-A sandwiches at halftime of the Homecoming football game. Bring your family along to meet some of your former classmates! The 2026 Homecoming king and queen will also be crowned at halftime.
- 6 p.m. (Women's) and 8 p.m. (Men's) | Soccer vs. Hiram College at Wiley Stadium
Your Yellow Jacket soccer teams cap off the weekend by hosting the Terriers at John F. Wiley Stadium!
Shuttle Information
Friday Shuttle
On Friday, Oct. 2, the shuttle will run between The Denny House and the following Waynesburg hotels: Super 8, Hampton Inn, Microtel, and Quality Inn. The shuttle will depart the Miller Hall parking lot at approximately 5:30 p.m., stop at each of the listed hotels, then drop off passengers at The Denny House. The shuttle then will make another trip to the Miller Hall parking lot and to each hotel, then complete the drop off of passengers at The Denny House.
The shuttle will begin loading at 8:15 p.m. at The Denny House, dropping passengers off at each hotel and at the Miller lot, then return to The Denny House. The final shuttle will begin loading at approximately 8:45 p.m. at The Denny House, stop at the Miller Hall parking lot, then drop passengers off at each hotel, concluding the Friday evening Shuttle.
Saturday Shuttle
On Saturday, Oct. 3, the shuttle will run between campus (shuttle stop at the corner of Washington Street and College Street, in front of Hanna Hall) and the front and back gates of Wiley Stadium from 11 a.m. until approximately a half hour after the conclusion of the football game.
