Psychology Faculty Position

QUALIFICATIONS: Waynesburg University seeks to fill a tenure-track position emphasizing the undergraduate student learning experience in a growing psychology program. The department invites candidates with applied psychological experience - PsyD or PhD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: The Registrar provides leadership and oversight to all aspects of the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar plays a critical role in the University and academic operations. The Registrar oversees the maintenance and integrity of all student academic records, all areas of student registration including the recording and reporting of grades, transcript evaluations, information reporting, compliance with FERPA regulations, required audits of student enrollment, classroom allocation, and manages the establishment and maintenance of processes for the equitable and consistent administration of policies and procedures as they relate to academic record keeping. Biology Faculty Position

Graduate Assistant - Campus Ministry

Anticipated Dates: August 2023 through May 2025
Job Description: Position entails working 19 hours per week in the Center for Campus Ministry in conjunction with the University Chaplain. The position involves providing leadership in the Center for Campus Ministry and using one's gifts to assist in the flourishing of our Christian faith mission on campus. Tasks will be varied and dependent on the candidate's skills and experience. The graduate assistant will report to the University Chaplain.
Duties Include:
- Work in collaboration with the University Chaplain to provide resources and opportunities for students to grow in faith;
- Staffing the Center for Campus Ministry 2.5 days per week;
- Provide leadership to the Campus Ministry Assistant (CMA) program including training opportunities on a bi-weekly basis and mentorship to student leaders;
- Collaborate with campus ministry staff and/or other divisions on campus to work on special projects such as retreat opportunities or fellowship opportunities for students;
- Assist in the mentorship of students within the WU Christian Life Scholarship program or first-year students that connect with the Center for Campus Ministry;
- Assist students in connecting with local churches;
- Assist with communications and Campus Ministry social media platforms;
- Assist in recruitment efforts for the Office of Admissions;
- Demonstrate a commitment to the mission of the University;
- Other duties as requested.
Job Qualifications: All interested candidates will need to successfully enroll in a graduate program at Waynesburg University in order to be eligible for the assistantship. Candidates must possess strong organization, communication and computer skills; the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and meet established work deadlines; and available to work some evenings.

Head Tennis Coach
