Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision Admission Interview

As part of the application process, PhD in Counseling applicants are required to attend an interview with our faculty members. This interview will consist of three parts: a group interview, an individual interview and a writing sample done in our computer lab. Applicants are advised to block out three hours of time for this interview.

Prior to attending the interview, the following materials are required to be submitted:

  • An online application;
  • An updated resume;
  • Official transcripts from all undergraduate and graduate coursework, including transfer credits;
  • Two recommendation forms; and
  • GRE or MAT scores (NCE scores or NBCC certification waive this requirement).

Dress code for the interview is business casual. You are not required to bring anything with you.
