Join fellow alumni, friends, faculty, staff and students for Waynesburg University Alumni Night at the Pittsburgh Penguins game versus the Chicago Blackhawks at 7 p.m. at PPG Paints Arena (1001 5th Ave., Pittsburgh, PA, 15219) on Thursday, Jan. 29!
In addition to exclusive special ticket pricing, the first 120 alumni, friends, faculty and staff to purchase tickets through this special offer will receive a limited-edition Penguins ‘College Series’ Quarter Zip. Plus, stick around after the final horn to take a shot on goal – an exciting opportunity to experience PPG Paints Arena ice!
This year, our Yellow Jacket community will be seated in Sections 121 and 233. If those sections completely sell out, the Penguins will open comparable sections nearby. You must purchase your tickets using the Alumni and Staff Offer for Waynesburg University Night in order to qualify for the quarter zip. The purchase deadline is Jan. 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. ET.
The Penguins have limited quarter zip sizes to unisex medium and extra-large and will distribute them inside the arena before the game. Items are limited and are first-come, first-served. While the ticket link says 200 quarter zips are available, 80 are set aside for our group of current students.
We will provide quarter zip pickup details—as well as details for the shot on the ice—the week of the game.
