Waynesburg University’s Music Program will host a free Chamber Works concert in the Marsh Center on March 2 at noon.

The concert will feature a variety of student ensembles and soloists. The Music Program offers instruction to students in woodwind ensemble, percussion ensemble, brass ensemble and string orchestra. Professional, individual lessons are also available to students.
“These groups meet on a weekly basis,” Eric Brewer, instructor of music and Music Program director, said. “They give students the chance to gain confidence in a musical setting where there is only one player to a part.”
This concert is open to the public. The Marsh Center is located below Roberts Chapel with entrances facing the Denny Hall parking lot.
A Chamber Works II concert is planned for April 13 at noon in the Marsh Center.
