Waynesburg’s accounting major recognized as a best value

Ranked No. 4 in the state and No. 45 in the country

College Factual’s 2020 rankings identified Waynesburg University’s accounting major as a “Best Value for the Money.” Waynesburg ranked No. 45 out of 601 schools listed, placing it in the top 10% nationwide.

The University’s accounting major ranked No. 4 in the state of Pennsylvania for value.

According to College Factual, the ranking was based on the following data: the average yearly cost of the school, the average time students take to graduate and the quality of education that students receive at the school.

Earlier this year, Waynesburg was named a “Best College for the Money” for the fourth consecutive year by College Factual, ranked at No. 31 out of the 1,483 schools considered.

Additionally, the University was ranked No. 6 on U.S. News & World Report’s Regional Universities North list for the second consecutive year and named to MONEY Magazine’s “Best Colleges For Your Money” list for the fourth consecutive year.
