Kelley Hardie

Assistant Vice President of Student Development, Dean of Students and Title IX Coordinator

Biography

Hardie has been part of the Waynesburg University for nearly 16 years, serving the university in a variety of capacities. In her current position as Assistant Vice President of Student Development and Dean of Students, Hardie builds relationship with students on a variety of levels. As the Director of the Center for Service Leadership her role entails planning, organizing and facilitating all domestic and international service trips which exemplify the university’s commitment to service. Hardie builds and has maintained partnerships with more than 50 local, regional and international service agencies to foster service work for our students. Hardie graduated from Saint Vincent College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a minor in Sociology. She earned her MSW from California University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from Waynesburg University. Hardie and her husband, Chris, reside in Waynesburg with their daughter, Madison.
