About the Event
The Center for Corporate Social Responsibility will host a public seminar on the evolving importance of strategic and meaningful corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, specifically in light of the current global pandemic.
The seminar will include multiple presentations and a panel discussion. The presentations will focus on:
- what is corporate social responsibility (CSR)
- the importance of building trust with stakeholders
- creating effective CSR strategies
- building communication plans
- examples of successful CSR programs
Additional presentations, as well as a panel discussion, will feature Dr. Jim Denova, vice president at the Benedum Foundation; Damian Ferek, president of The Stick Company and co-owner/operations manager of Stick Tattoo Company; and Josie Schultz, external communications manager at EQT Corporation.
