Waynesburg U.'s online counseling program ranked as a top program

Waynesburg University’s Master of Arts (M.A.) in Counseling program ranked as one of the Best Online Master’s in Counseling Programs of 2024 by BestColleges.  

The University’s M.A. in Counseling was ranked among ten online programs recommended by BestColleges for mental health professionals looking for more opportunities or those with a bachelor’s degree looking for a meaningful career change.

Waynesburg University’s M.A. in Counseling is a 60-credit program accredited by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) of the American Counseling Association (ACA). The program is offered 100% online, in a traditional classroom, or in a hybrid setting, and can be completed in less than two years. Students can concentrate on two areas of study: clinical mental health counseling or addictions counseling. Students can also specialize in Christian and spiritual counseling.
