Dominic Bornman

Assistant Football Coach

Biography

Dominic Bornman enters his first season on staff for the Waynesburg University football team in 2025 as the special teams coordinator and wide receivers coach.

Bornman served most recently served as the offensive coordinator at Crown College (Minnesota) and Norwich University (Vermont) in the last two seasons. He spent three years at Division II West Virginia Wesleyan as the Bobcats’ quarterbacks coach at recruiting coordinator.

Bornman previously coordinated special teams at Illinois College and Dickinson College (Pennsylvania). He also coached quarterbacks, running backs and wide receivers at various stops. He began his collegiate coaching career as the wide receivers and strength and conditioning coach at Lycoming.

Bornman played wide receiver at Juniata College and led the Eagles and ranked top-10 in the Centennial Conference in receiving yards as a senior. He graduated from Juniata in 2012 with a degree in information technology and digital media. He completed a Master’s in Sports Management in coaching and athletic administration from Liberty University in 2024.
