Come visit your alma mater and celebrate Homecoming 2021 with us!
Can't make it back to Waynesburg this year? We'll have two days of virtual programming, too!
Those virtual events will be held Wednesday and Thursday, Sept. 29-30. In-person Homecoming festivities will kick off on Friday, Oct. 1, and conclude Saturday, Oct. 2, after the 5th Quarter Steak Cookout.
On Saturday, the first 50 alumni to check in at the orange Alumni tent at our Homecoming Open House at The Nest, WU’s new campus store, will receive a black mesh WU tote bag!

The Microtel Inn & Suites, located at 300 Comfort Lane in Waynesburg, is offering a discounted rate for alumni during the weekend of Oct. 1-2. To take advantage of this discount, be sure to mention that you are a Waynesburg alum attending Homecoming when you call to make your reservation. Space is limited, so be sure to call the Microtel at 724-627-0310 as soon as possible to book! Additionally, other events in the area are scheduled for the same weekend, so if you need lodging, we encourage you to look into that soon!

Please note: While nearly all of our in-person Homecoming events are outside, our current guidelines state that all individuals are expected to wear masks indoors and when among large groups of people outdoors. These guidelines continue to evolve, so stay tuned to our Keep Waynesburg Well Plan for the most up-to-date information about our visitor policies. Additionally, this plan is subject to change should pandemic conditions worsen unexpectedly or other unforeseen circumstances arise.
