Waynesburg University has chosen Sydney Fisher as a 2025 Leadership Award recipient. She is the daughter of Michael and Stephanie Fisher.

Fisher is a senior at Upper St. Clair High School, where she maintains a 4.37 GPA and is a member of National Honor Society.
Fisher has played softball for eight years and is a three-year varsity letter winner on the high school team. She received an award for the First Team All Section in the Big 56 Banquet. Outside of school athletics, she plays on the Silver Creek women's softball team.
At Waynesburg, Fisher will major in criminal justice and continue her softball career.
