Led by Resident Directors Lauren Bailey and Liz Diviney, eight Waynesburg University students will travel to Detroit, Michigan, for a service immersion trip during Spring Break. The students will depart Sunday, March 3, and return Saturday, March 9.
Bailey said students will serve at different sites around Detroit, including an urban farm, a soup kitchen and a rehabilitation center.
“I am looking forward to growing through experiencing new situations,” Bailey said. “I am excited to enter the week with an open mind to see what the Lord has prepared for me.”
