Top 5 things you need to know about our Psychology Program
- APA-Aligned: Our program meets all American Psychological Association recommendations for an undergraduate program.
- Grad School Focused: Our program was created in collaboration with our accredited master’s program to ensure that our students have everything they need to not only get accepted into a grad program, but to stand out during the application process. Graduate school preparation is our top priority.
- Hands-On Clinical Experience: Students complete a 6-credit internship with faculty-led supervision, mimicking graduate-level clinical training – an experience typically reserved for graduate school interns.
- Early Therapy and Research Skills: Students practice therapy techniques under a licensed faculty therapist and conduct original research, presenting at conferences and symposiums.
- Intentional Curriculum Design: Our intentionally sequenced curriculum builds on previous courses, creating a supportive cohort model that fosters community and networking. Our students move through the program together, building a community and creating friendships and professional networks that can last a lifetime.
