Our public seminar featured a brief overview of corporate social responsibility (CSR) that included:

Additional presentations featured real-world examples and work from Dr. Jim Denova, vice president at the Benedum Foundation; Damian Ferek, president of The Stick Company and co-owner/operations manager of Stick Tattoo Company; and Josie Schultz, external communications manager at EQT Corporation.
Our three speakers also participated in a moderated panel discussion that covered:
- why CSR is important (to their respective organization)
- how COVID-19 has impacted their CSR-related work
- the strategy behind how foundations identify partnerships
- they ways in which companies tell the story of their "good work"
