Andrew Palko

Program Director of Athletic Training, Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and Assistant Professor of Athletic Training


Dr. Palko is an assistant professor of athletic training and exercise science. Currently, he serves as the program director for both the Athletic Training and Exercise Science programs while also serving as an assistant athletic director for sports medicine and the NCAA healthcare manager at Waynesburg. Dr. Palko teaches numerous subjects within the Health Science Department and possesses extensive experience as a clinician and BOC certified athletic trainer in professional sports, NCAA Division I, II and III athletics, as well as the private sector. His research interests include concussion education and management for active populations.
