Applying for a Grant

Requesting a Grant

The TPS Eastern Region is now accepting Notices of Intent for the upcoming funding cycle, anticipated for Fall 2026. Invitations to submit full applications will be issued once funds are officially awarded.

The TPS Regional program accepts proposals on a rolling basis for projects lasting up to 12 months but no less than six (6) months in length.

Applying for a grant is a two-step process:

First, complete a Notice of Intent to determine if your grant idea falls within the funding guidelines. Once the regional coordinator has determined that your proposal idea fits within the granting guidelines of the program, you will be invited to submit a proposal. Invitations expire after one month.

Second, use the project proposal guide to develop a project proposal. The proposal must include a budget and a timeline. Submit the completed proposal and supporting documentation via the online form linked below. You will receive a reply regarding your project idea within a few business days.  When a grant isn’t needed or awarded, TPS regional coordinators will offer advice and assistance to organizations who would like to incorporate TPS methods and materials into their programs, but do not receive funding.tps.waynesburg.edu
